The mentor is there to get neutral. They aren’t a colleague or loved one who has a stake as part of your actions; a coach received’t benefit or suffer from what ever you are doing. That’s an excellent point. It means they are there completely for yourself with out getting their own personal thoughts or biases. The info back again this up.
